By accessing and using the JSON to TOON Converter website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Free Online Converter: We provide a free, client-side JSON to TOON converter that operates entirely in your browser. This service is available for personal and commercial use without charge. No account registration is required to use the free converter.

Paid API Service: We offer a paid API service for programmatic access to JSON to TOON conversion. The API service requires account registration, API key authentication, and operates on a token-based pricing model. API usage is subject to rate limits, usage quotas, and the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Free Converter: Permission is granted to use the free online JSON to TOON converter for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

API Service: When you create an account and purchase API tokens, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API service in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the API service to build a competing service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API
• Use the API service in violation of any applicable laws

To use our paid API service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account and API keys
• Ensuring your email address remains valid and accessible
• Verifying your email address as required during registration

You may create multiple API keys for different applications or environments. You are responsible for securing your API keys and must immediately revoke any compromised keys. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your API keys.

Token System: API usage is billed using a token-based system. Tokens are consumed based on the number of input tokens processed. Pricing is 1 million tokens = $2, as specified in our pricing documentation.

Free Tier: New accounts receive a free tier allocation of tokens each month. Free tier tokens reset monthly and cannot be carried over. Free tier usage is subject to the same terms as paid usage.

Purchasing Tokens: You may purchase any amount of tokens through our dashboard. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Tokens do not expire unless your account is inactive for an extended period (as defined in our policies).

Refunds: Token purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Unused tokens may be refunded if you cancel your account, subject to our refund policy.

Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase of tokens in your jurisdiction.

API usage is subject to rate limits to ensure fair usage and service stability. Rate limits are specified per API key and may vary based on your account type. Current rate limits are:

• 100 requests per minute per API key
• Maximum payload size: 10MB per request
• Maximum tokens: 100,000 tokens per request

We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice. Excessive usage that may impact service performance may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access.

We strive to maintain high availability for both our free converter and paid API service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Unscheduled maintenance or emergency repairs
• Technical failures or system overload
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.

The services on JSON to TOON Converter are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties or conditions of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights
• Accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of materials or services
• That the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall JSON to TOON Converter, its suppliers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of data or profit
• Business interruption
• Loss of business opportunities
• Cost of substitute services

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

For paid API users, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The materials and information appearing on JSON to TOON Converter could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials, service features, pricing, or API specifications at any time with reasonable notice.

While we strive for accuracy in conversions, we do not guarantee that all conversions will be error-free or that the TOON format output will be suitable for all use cases. You are responsible for validating the output of any conversions for your specific needs.

You agree not to use our services (free converter or paid API) to:

• Your access to the API service will be immediately revoked
• All API keys associated with your account will be deactivated
• Unused tokens may be eligible for refund at our discretion
• Your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, for fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our service or other users.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination of your account.

We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our website and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For material changes, we will:

• Post the updated terms on this page
• Update the "Last updated" date
• For significant changes affecting API users, send an email notification to registered users

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service and may terminate your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the JSON to TOON Converter service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of JSON to TOON Converter and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The TOON format specification and conversion algorithms are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
